Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the gift of purity and the strength You provide in moments of temptation. Thank You for guiding me away from harmful influences and for the love and grace that surround me. I seek deliverance from all forms of pornography that seek to ensnare me. Help me to focus on Your word and to find comfort within. May my faith in You grow stronger as I lean on Your promises. I trust in Your protection and guidance. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I thank You for the blessings of today — for the breath in my lungs, the warmth of sunshine, and the love of family and friends. Help me remember these gifts when anxiety tries to creep in. Surround me with Your peace, comfort my mind, and strengthen my faith in difficult times. Allow hope to flourish in my heart, reminding me of the beauty in each day. Ya Allah, I thank You with all my heart for the blessings of worship found at the East London Mosque. Every prayer time evokes a sense of belonging and peace deep within me. In this sacred space, I feel Your mercy surrounding our congregation, uniting our spirits as we offer our Salat. Thank You for allowing us to grow in faith together and to witness the vibrant Islamic community of London. May I continually express my gratitude, both in and out of the mosque, through acts of kindness and worship. Ameen.
